At the base of you emails you can add some contact information.
This how to details how you can do this.
- Open Outlook 2003
- Click Tools > Options > Mail Format

- Click Signatures...
- Click New

- Type in a name for your new signature
- Click Next >
- Type in and format your new email signature

- When you're finished, click the Finish button
- Your new signature will now appear in the Signature list. Click
OK
- Now you have to select when you'd like to us this
signature.
- The drop down boxes highlighted below allow you to select
whether to use this signature for all new mails and / or for
replies and forwards.

- This means you can have a different signature for new mails and
for replies and forwards if required.
