Accessing the service over a slow internet connection

In some cases Thinhost may need to be accessed over a very slow connection, such as dial-up or GPRS. The Remote Desktop Connection provides the ability to reduce the graphical content of Thinhost so that the user experience is improved over these slow connections.

• 1. Reduce the Remote desktop size to 640x480 or 800x600
• 2. Reduce the Color depth to 256 colors
• Finally, connect as normal to benefit from a quicker response time
