Our existing
IT support contractor provided extremely poor service with on site
support taking up to 48 hours to arrive and emails and phone calls
regularly being ignored. This, added to the fact that our PCs were
around four years old meant that these unanswered support calls
were becoming more frequent. This additional downtime meant that we
could not provide our customers with the high level of service they
required and we were losing business as a result.
The main reason we moved to ThinHost was to have a stable and
secure provider of the latest versions of the applications we were
running, faster, with our existing hardware. We also enjoyed the

over the phone meaning that queries are resolved in minutes rather
than days. Finally the whole conversion process to ThinHost took
only 72 hours from the first onsite visit to being fully
online.

We’d known
