Ground-breaking partnership makes Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0
available to the majority of UK businesses through a unique
subscription-based service.
ThinHost is proud to announce the availability of one of the UK’s
first subscription-based hosted Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM 3.0
solutions, launched to coincide with the release of Microsoft
Dynamics CRM 3.0 by Microsoft Corporation. For the first time
within a hosted environment, SME’s are able to utilise Microsoft’s
mid-market CRM solution without the expense, or need to deploy the
required IT infrastructure locally – allowing you to focus on
developing your business instead of getting bogged down with
IT.
In conjunction with our partner ActiveIS we offer affordable, rapid
access to hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, allowing businesses of
all sizes to build lasting customer relationships across their
sales, marketing, customer service and field service channels.
Organisations will be able to access the service from anywhere in
the world through the web, Microsoft Outlook and mobile
devices.
Providing Microsoft Dynamics CRM ‘on-demand’ removes the typical
upfront capital expenditure associated with IT projects and
provides businesses with the assurance of a predictable monthly
subscription investment of only £60 per user, per month, without
having to commit to a long-term contract.
Customers will be free to move the service to “on-premises” at any
time that business needs dictate, or as part of a planned approach
- organisations may wish to pilot Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the
hosted environment in the first instance, prior to bringing the CRM
solution in-house at a later date. Further guidance can be provided
in this area if required.
ActiveIS’s experience includes delivering one of the largest
Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations in the UK – full user
rollout will make it the largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM
implementation across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and
Africa).
The technical infrastructure offers clustered Exchange and SQL
servers running on Microsoft Windows Server 2003, providing a
robust and scalable architecture to support a range of Microsoft
and other applications from within a single managed environment.
The benefits of this infrastructure include:
Monthly / per user pricing.
Access from anywhere in the world.
Central infrastructure managed by professional engineers.
Blue chip infrastructure provided to SME clients on an as-needs
basis.
Provision of applications (such as CRM Microsoft Dynamics CRM
3.0) that would otherwise be beyond the IT capacity of SME’s
Multiple levels of anti-virus and spam protection.
